Important notice for all employers registered with the NMDS-SC

Skills for Care has updated the Data Sharing Permission Statement that an employer is asked to consider when they first create an NMDS-SC account.  This is to ensure that it is absolutely clear to employers when and by whom they might be contacted by, with respect to their NMDS-SC account.
