This refers only to the induction training prescribed by Topss England/Skills for Care or the Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC).
It also includes LDAF Induction which may have been used instead of the Topss England/Skills for Care one for staff working in learning disability.
You should indicate if the worker has completed his/her induction training to the prescribed standards in the Topss England/Skills for Care/Children’s Workforce Development Council Induction Standards. Select ‘yes’ if complete, ‘in progress’ if currently in progress or ‘not applicable’ if this induction is not applicable to this worker, including if the worker was employed prior to these induction standards being introduced.
If the worker has completed this induction training, please state the date (month and year) that it was completed.
