10 Questions every Registered Manager should be asking about their workforce

Having a good basic understanding of your current workforce - how it looks now and how it will need to look in the future is an integral part of your role.

NMDS-SC account holders can use their dashboards for a quick and clear overview of the workforce data they've entered, to help answer some of these questions.
The Care Quality Commission Regulation 18 states: "Providers must provide sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, competent, skilled and experienced staff to meet the needs of the people using the service at all times".
